Going back

I have decided that I am going to try and go back to church again. I stopped because I felt really guilty for who I liked and how I felt. Things are changing. They are getting better and I miss it. I miss the feeling of sitting in a Cathedral. I even miss confession. When I was young, I went to confession every single day. I got good advice back then. I think singing with my cousin is what helped me decide.

I am sorry for that. I know it is not something I did, but this is why I broke from my faith. Because I could not agree that who I liked was wrong. But things are changing and maybe it is safe now, to be me...

I could recommend someplace if you like. Very discreet, yet feels like it should, if you understand my gist. Grandmere attends there when she's in the country. Even I go there upon occasion.

It's Church of England. Or, as it is called outside of England, Episcopalian. Think of it as "Catholic Light" The cathedral is very beautiful and the priests are very good at what they do.

[ooc: I believe my aunt, who is Episcopalian, described it that way once ;) ]
